School Details

Founded in 1902 to provide men and women with the specialized training necessary for a successful career in business and to support Chicago’s rapidly growing business community, Northwestern College continues to pursue the basic principle of its founder: to meet the needs of students who are career-oriented. Northwestern College operates under the mission “to encourage, prepare, and empower its diverse student body to pursue their career and educational goals. Our distinctive programs, combined with our commitment, integrity, and student-centered learning community, provide employers with well-prepared graduates.”

As a primarily two-year, private, not-for-profit institution of higher learning, NC offers associate degrees and certificate programs that allow students to enter or advance in careers relating to business, healthcare, and legal studies. Select bachelor’s programs are also offered. Online learning provides the same valuable education as classroom courses while offering students the convenience of setting their own schedules and following the curriculum at their own pace. Several degrees and certificates can be offered fully online. NC online degrees offer the flexibility of online learning along with the individualized attention all NC students receive.
