The National Graduate School of Quality Management was founded in 1993 with the main intention to offer project-based degree programs for adult learners. The National graduate School of Quality Management is a private, not for profit institution. Throughout its existence the National Graduate School of Quality Management has worked to provide working adults with a high level of knowledge and understanding of quality-based systems management for performance excellence and to ultimately graduate students with the behavioral, analytic, customer service, and leadership skills that will help them achieve performance excellence. The National Graduate School of Quality Management is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education to award Bachelor's degrees, Post-baccalaureate certificates, Master's degrees and Doctor's
Potential students should note that there is a required fee of $50 when applying to the masters or bachelor’s programs and a $100 fee when applying to the Doctorial program at the National Graduate School of Quality Management, the application fee is non-refundable. Of the students who are accepted and decide to attend, 72% of undergraduates and 88% of graduate students decided to stay for at least one more consecutive year. Students who stay at the National Graduate School of Quality Management have a graduation rate of 82% and 95% for Undergraduate students and Graduate students respectively.
There are 234 students at the National Graduate School of Quality Management, 55 of which are undergraduate students. All students, both undergraduate and graduate, are enrolled in class’s full time. A vast majority of the students are adult learners over the age of 25 at 95%.
The programs at the National Graduate School for Quality Management are designed with an accelerated format and with class schedules tailored to meet the needs of working students. Degrees offered include Business degrees at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels. All of the programs require students to be enrolled full time. Through the classes required for degree completion, students will have the opportunity to complete project work which results in tangible, measurable improvements in organizational performance. Students are taught in extremely intimate class settings with a 4:1 student to faculty ratio.

To help students meet the tuition requirements, the National graduate School of Quality Management offers the assistance from its financial aid staff that can help guide students in fully utilizing available tuition assistance, veteran’s benefits and corporate reimbursement programs. Some students can even be awarded a Federal Stafford Student Loan.
