Ensure you will have the skills necessary to manage and administrate a healthcare system.  Learn how to be an effective administrator in a degree that focuses primarily on working with others in the healthcare field.  Courses teach students how to synthesize knowledge from the sciences, humanities, and management theories as a basis for problem-solving and decision-making.

The curriculum is centered around the idea of dignity and the need to recognize that everybody is a holistic being created by God and all deserve to have their dignity, worth, and rights respected and upheld.  In addition to personal and professional growth, students also qualify to take the Nursing Home Administrator exam if they so choose.
