My son has a civil engineering degree from Auburn University, and thinking about getting an on-line MBA from William Howard Taft University. Is this a reputable on-line program and is the on-line MBA program accredited? Do you have any positive or negetive comments about this University on-line program?

Hi Jashmore,

William Howard Taft University is accredited by the Distance Education and Training Council (DETC) and is listed in our online degree guide

You should be aware that while accredited WHTU does not have the SAME type of accreditation as Auburn University in Alabama. Auburn is REGIONALLY ACCREDITED and the difference can be huge in terms of career credentialing.

Auburn's online MBA with a great reputation. You can read the reviews from online students at the link.

You should compare regional vs national accreditation to see what the differences are.
