I am looking for a good university to enroll in my BS in business. I need feedback on Devry University or Phoenix regarding recognition, cost or acreditation.I do not want to get into a big debt getting a degree from an school that won't get good recognition from employers.

Hi Patty,

Get Educated provides factual data on how the cost of any one regionally accredited online bachelors in business compares to another.

To get this data go to GetEducated's factual cost rankings of affordable online degrees:

Best Online Bachelors Business Administration

Best Online Bachelors Business Management

If you then look at the University of Phoenix online business degree pages you see that University of Phoenix costs a lot and gets a "D" for affordability compared to others.

If you then look at Devry online business degrees you see that their online bachelors in business is also expensive. It gets an "F" for affordability -- then a B from students and an F from 2 people for public reputation.

Both schools would be expensive options factually when compared to the hundreds of other options for online business degrees.

Both hold the same type of accreditation. You may want to check the student reviews and public reputation reviews on both schools in our directory for more data on each.

You can search AND sort ALL online bachleor degrees in business in the Get Educated directory anytime to see more data.

All the best

Vicky

Neither! Avoid Devry and University of Phoenix Online if you care about employers taking your degree seriously.

Check out the top ranked affordable online degrees on this site under Online College Rankings. I've taken classes through Columbia College Online which made the list, and I agree that it's a good program. Definitely challenging, but still doable while I was working full time. Good luck!
