Get Educated is pleased to support a new online learning mentoring project, Core 4 Women, The project brings together women who want to study online with women who are online instructors, counselors and program, directors.

The project,Core4Women operates as a free social community on the Ning platform. Women can apply to join the community at Core4Women . The no profit project was founded by Gail Weatherly, who dissertation was on women and their needs in distance learning.

The Core is looking for women experts in distance learning to join as mentors and advisors and is open to all women looking to study online. It's a great, trustworthy safe place to get advice on online education programs and learning good study habits.

Get Educated also sponsors a special distance learning scholarship for women available to members of the Core4Women community. The free grants are $1,000 each.
