I am 17. But do you think penn foster or lincoln is a scam. There expensive but heard good things what are your opions. Also could i go to a colege after i am done. I am planning to go in the state. What do you think?

No, I do not recommend that you attend a for profit high school such as Penn or Lincoln.
Please check the online reviews and BBB complaints against these schools for some insights.
If I were in your situation and were college bound I would choose the University of Missouri virtual high school OR check with your public state virtual high school program. At your age you should be able to qualify for a *FREE* public virtual high school program as a state resident.
