Spa and skin care schools are governed by state specific licensing boards that regulate cosmetology licensing. Most legitimate beauty schools require in person skin care analysis ad treatment training.
You reside in Canada, but GetEducated.com only chronicles accredited colleges in the USA.
If you want to know more about accredited beauty schools in the USA and the licensing requirements in any or all the 50 states of the USA visit the
National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology. This non profit group governs licensing boards of cosmetology in all fifty states and U.S. territories.
They can probably help you locate the equivalent licensing agency in Canada that could help you determine the type of accreditation any beauty school in any province in Canada should have to prepare you to practice cosmetology.
