The online university affordability rankings are based on a comprehensive, independent survey of 25 regionally accredited management schools that offer 32 different masters in leadership degrees via distance education.
The University of South Dakota Online ranks #1 on the Best Buy list for its online Master of Science in Administrative Studies Organizational Leadership. Total cost: about $12,000. By comparison, average cost for an online master’s in leadership (regionally accredited): $23,077.
According to the national college rankings, the most expensive online leadership degree, a Master of Science in Operations Design and Leadership, comes from Worcester Polytechnic University, a private university in Massachusetts known for its specialty degrees in business and technology.
